Property purchased for the star Bakery Nov. 2009 at a cost of $2,000.00
A team of five volunteers were in Nicaragua in April for a five day work project at a school in Nandasmo. While in the Managua area we spent a day at the bakery site to see the progress . We were pleased to see that the building materials were on site and that construction had begun a few days before we arrived. The staff at NITCA and the barrio residents are excited about the project.
Donations of $12,365.00 have been received as of June 27, 2010. Three walls are up and we are ready to start roofing.
